Post Care in Cambodia

Donation protected
'Kindness for Kim' is an ongoing, by-faith, fundraiser sponsored by Ken Caryl Church in Littleton, CO on behalf of LeangKim Sua, a 13 year-old Cambodian girl that traveled with her father to Denver for life saving procedures to remove a large vascular malformation located on her lower back.  Were this embolism allowed to continue to grow it would have been fatal.  Her surgeons Dr. Yakes and Dr. Morin,  specialists in vascular malformations, and Dr. Oswald, at Swedish Hospital, and the hospital, are waving all of her medical expenses and care.   Swedish also generously has taken care of their housing needs.  They speak no English so this has been a grand experience for all of us!

After 14 months Kim has been declared healed and is heading for home late November.  For those that wish to continue contributing to their fund we will be using whatever additional money comes in towards help she may need in the future in Cambodia.  Our church is also planning to do a mission trip to their island in July of 2016.  We hope to take back any medical supplies or other necessities they may need.

Thank you and may God bless your generousity that helped them these past 14 months.
