Rashet Kheir has exciting news! Acua NGO supported our project to repair Nohad’s house. In fact, Acua NGO has fully funded the costs to repair the structural damage of two houses and one building that will be delivered "clé en main" to the 7 families living there.
We still need your support - we will continue to work to meet basic needs and help with reconstruction. Your continued donations will contribute to Spreading Kindness all the way!

Lebanon still needs you more than ever. Help us rise again! Rashet Kheir (Spreading Kindness), a Lebanese NGO founded by Ilda Nahas , is raising funds to help our country to recover. Your donations will be immediately applied to Rashet Kheir's direct relief efforts. Our phase 1 goal is to raise $20,000 to provide immediate assistance for basic needs.
Our beloved country is known for its vibrancy, hospitality and liveliness. We are resilient, creative and entrepreneurial people. The people of Beirut need help to rebuild and recover, especially in the midst of Lebanon's economic crisis and global pandemic. Now more than ever we need your help so we can shine again.
The devastating explosions that took place in Beirut on August 4th left hundreds dead or missing and thousands wounded. Homes, businesses, hospitals and gathering places have been severely damaged or completely destroyed. More than 300,000 citizens are homeless.
Currently Rashet Kheir's efforts are focused on distributing food boxes and meals to the hungry that have no way to cook or purchase food. Alongside our volunteers, we are also assisting the people of Beirut to clean and repair their homes and businesses. Your donation helps us to purchase food and essential supplies to support these activities. This is our phase 1 goal for this fundraiser.
While meeting these immediate needs, we are preparing for the reconstruction and refurbishment of people's lost and damaged homes. With your financial support, we will be able to engage young and energetic entrepreneurs to rebuild homes and businesses, thus shoring up livelihoods and creating a pathway for people to lift themselves out of this unimaginable crisis. We will create a phase 2 fundraiser for this cause.
