Get Kim To Vanuatu

Hello.

My name is Kimberley Carew and I am 18 years old. I am an acting student at the Regional Institute of Performing Arts in Newcastle.

I grew up in Vanuatu for 3 years, and currently I remain there part time with Australia. My family and I have lived in Port Vila, Efate for over 12 years.  My Dad is a pilot for Air Vanuatu and had to come back to Australia with the plane before Pam hit. 

Our house has gotten destroyed in Vila, but thats not whats important. Seeing my home and people with no homes and no belongings makes my heart absoultely break.  The paradise I call home is hurting, yet our people are standing.

So I'm asking you,  friends, family, strangers, please help me get home to help out. I'm only asking enough for me to get to Pentecost Island in Vanuatu's North East, and for me to purchase a variety of items - blankets, clothing, cutlery, hardware, and toys. Most importantly, from the bottom of my heart, let me help my people. I can't remain comfortable in my house in Newcastle while my people are hurting.

J'mappelle Kimberley Carew, et J'ai dix-hit ans. Je suis un étudiant actrice à l'Institut régional des arts de la scène à Newcastle.

J'habite à Vanuatu pendant trois ans, et actuellement je reste là à temps partiel avec l'Australie. Ma famille et moi avons vécu à Port Vila, Efate depuis plus de douze ans. Mon père est un pilote d'Air Vanuatu et dû revenir en Australie avec l'avion avant Pam frappé.

Notre maison a obtenu détruit en Vila, mais c'est ne pas ce qui est important. Voyant ma maison et les gens sans maisons et sans effets rend mon cœur pause absolument. Le paradis que je appelle la maison est mal, mais nos gens sont debout.

Donc, je vous demande, amis, famille, des étrangers, se il vous plaît aidez-moi rentre à la maison pour aider. Je ne demande assez pour moi pour se rendre à l'île de Pentecôte au Nord-Est de Vanuatu, et pour moi d'acheter une variété d'articles - couvertures, des vêtements, des couverts, du matériel et des jouets. Plus important encore, du fond de mon cœur, laissez-moi aider mon peuple. Je ne peux pas rester à l'aise dans ma maison à Newcastle tandis que mes gens souffrent.
