Kimber was rescued by the Fresno Bully Rescue from the Sanger animal shelter. It was soon discovered that she had an aggressive form of cancer on her back leg. After trying to remove only the tumor, her wound was not healing and the cancer had already spread with in her muscles. Amputation was the next necessary step so surgery was swiftly done to rid her of the cancer. Her incision was failing to heal properly and after a culture was done, we were able to pinpoint the specific bacteria so that we could overcome the infection. After 3 surgeries and 2 weeks of hospitalization- we’ve certainly racked up the vet bill and need your support!
