Kim's fight to beat breast cancer

A few weeks ago our family was informed of the unexpected; that our loving mom, sister, and daughter, Kim, was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. What this means is that the cancer was not triggered by anything but simply grew on its own. The treatment plan as we know of currently is most likely going to be a series of chemotherapy, a mastectomy, as well as radiation. The doctors currently do not have a direct order of treatment but we do know that it is going to be a long and hard road ahead. The funds from this page will go towards the medical bills because of Kimberly being a single mother to two, and may be looking at anywhere from 4-9 months off work because of surgery and treatment.  Anything and everything is appreciated whether it is a hand to hold or a simple donation. We will know more information about when treatment will start and will keep that updated through our Caringbridge page.
