In 2010 , after 16 months of fighting, I lost my baby brother to a brain tumor,.... ten days later.. I was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer. The aggressive kind, where you lose body parts.
The whole time I was laying there trying to survive...I kept asking, "How am I going to pay for this?"
I lost ALL my savings....all of it....IRA....gone.
Then I got skin cancer. Lost more body parts.
I am now losing everything else including my health insurance..,,facing more scans, more invasive procedures....it just keeps coming like the Indonesian Tsunami. I will be on Medicaid by February.
People, I need your help to get back on my feet.
I was once a successful middle-classer....just like you. Then the storm hit..and just kept hitting...and keeps hitting. I have held out for as long as I could without asking for public help. The time is up.
