Kilkenny Mayor's Annual Christmas Fundraiser

Being alone, struggling to put a meal on the table or being able to buy Christmas gifts for children is a frightening real issue facing hundreds of people across Kilkenny this Christmas.
Due to Covid-19, job loss & the possibility of longer-term unemployment, Christmas 2020 will be a major source of mental stress, financial stress & will sadly affect the well-being of far too many adults & children in Kilkenny.
By making a donation, you will be helping me to raise vital funds for two local Charities that I believe are the most fitting for receiving support for Christmas 2020.
1. ALONE is an independent charity that supports vulnerable older people to age at home. They work with those who have issues with social isolation, lack of services, poor health, poverty, homelessness or housing.
2. Lions Club Kilkenny Annual Christmas Hamper Appeal who partner with St Vincent de Paul to distribute Food and Gifts to Individuals, Families & Children living in poverty across Kilkenny.
Your support is vital in our efforts to provide financial support to ALONE and The Lions Club who are vastly experienced in distributing funds raised to those who need it most.
