<div>We often talk about going back to nature, but <strong>We are Nature</strong> and protecting it is protecting ourselves. This is what I learned from the Wim Hof Method, which I have been practicing for four years as an official instructor and which is currently my reason for living.
</div>

<div>That is why our project has several objectives:

<div><strong>1. To live a sustainable and happy life in harmony with nature.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When I started the Wim Hof Method as a participant, I had to participate in a project of Wim's called "Garden of Eden" to support the Back to Nature Foundation. The mission of this foundation is to conserve both the wildlife and the Maasai cultural heritage.

<div>We were supposed to do this expedition in 24 hours with Wim three years ago but it was cancelled twice for health and safety protocol reasons. It has affected me a lot cause i trained mind and body for two years and now, i decided to do this challenge on my own and bringing Ferdinand Thor, my cousin and a colleague of the Wim Hof Method with me.

<div><strong>2. Support the Back to Nature mission by climbing Kilimanjaro in less than 24 hours </strong>
</div>
<div>To use all our strength, hope and will to spread love for life and nature. After months of intense daily training, we will climb Kilimanjaro (Tanzani) to an altitude of 5,895 meters in less than 24 hours only by confronting our bodies to extreme temperatures, lack of oxygen and fasting while equipped only with minimalist shoes and shorts.

<div><strong>3. To donate the funds raised to preserve the Maasai wildlife and cultural heritage </strong>⭐

<div>On parle souvent du fait du retour à la nature alors que <strong>nous sommes la nature et que nous devons la protéger pour nous protéger nous-même. </strong>C'est ce que m'a appris <a href="https://www.leandreomeir.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">la méthode Wim Hof</a> que je pratique depuis quatre ans en tant qu'instructeur officiel et qui est actuellement ma raison de vivre.

<div>Utiliser toute notre force, notre espoir et notre volonté de propager l'amour au service de la vie et de la nature. Après un entrainement quotidien intense de plusieurs mois, nous allons grimper le Kilimandjaro (Tanzani) à 5 895 mètres d'altitude en moins de 24h uniquement en confrontant notre corps à des températures extrêmes, en jeun tout en étant uniquement équipé de chaussures minimalistes et un short.
