Kiko's knee surgery

We need help paying for knee surgery for our 6 year old golden retriever. Our sweet baby boy decided to try and say hello to some cows on our way to the lake on the Fifth of July and fell out the cab of our truck. We took him to get x-rays that day. They didn't see any fractures or broken bones. They cleaned his wound and stapled it half way shut so the wound could drain. They gave us some pain meds and antibiotics and said if he isn't using his leg within 5-7 days then more will need to be done. After 7 days Kiko was still not using his leg so we scheduled a CT scan and they discovered he dislocated his patella or kneecap. The surgery to fix it is scheduled for July 25. The surgery plus subsequent rehab will run about $4500 plus the $1200 we've already spent is very much an unexpected expense. Any help is greatly appreciated.
