Necessary Surgery Needed!!!

I was diagnosed with Diastolic Dysfunction in August of 2013 after failing an EKG, an Echocardiogram and a stress test. My cardiologist and I were praying for a blockage.  Yes I said that.  Because if there wasn't any, it was due to my diabetes (my last A1C-6.5-awesome!).  Well, unfortunately diabetes wins again.  Kiki loses. Medically, there is nothing they can do except  for me to take medicines to keep me from going into heart failure, which unfortunately has happened off and on the last 6 months or so.

Surgically, however, a gastric bypass can stop my Diabetes (basically reverse it) and thus stopping my heart from getting worse.  As it is, I have no insurance =denied Medicaid twice and I can't work full time with this medical problem.  So I NEED the surgery as soon as possible. Its so expensive and I need help paying for it....my parents are going to mortgage their house but they are retired on fixed income and I can't have them do this.  If you can help in any way at all, it is so appreciated.   I'm scared. I don't want to get any worse and that is what is going to happen....
