Kids of Elizabeth Green

Hello, this account is being put on by the Birch Elementary PTO.

 

Dear Families, Friends and the community of Nampa, it’s with great sadness that we announce a tragedy in our little community. A few of our Birch Elementary students lost their mother, Elizabeth Green (also known as Liz), to a car accident on Monday, May 16th. You probably saw her at Carnival as she helped all evening with games. She leaves behind a total of 4 beautiful children. Whom are now being cared for by their Memaw (Sheila Morris) and Granny who are on a limited income. Elizabeth was a single mother who lived for her four kids. We will not forget this beautiful, loving, kind-hearted soul. In this time of need, we would love to show our support to this family and show them that the community has their back. The Birch Elementary PTO would like to start a meal train so while they are navigating this new part of life, a meal is one less thing to think of. We are setting up this account for the children to help with any type of expenses they may have or need in the future ! Such as clothes, shoes, school supplies for the upcoming school year, summer plans, sports, and other activates. If you’d like to donate other items of food or gift cards, there will be a collection tub in the Birch Elementary school office. Thank you for your support. Let’s show these kids that we are here to love and support them the best way a community can.
