NorCal Fires Donation Fund

Fairfield and Vacaville, CA schools have shut down for the Atlas Fire, leaving many of the low-income kids dependent on school lunches, without them. In addition, woth the quickly changing environment, we've learned of shelters having to shut down due to fire proximity, with new ones opening and are in need of donations(both money and items...food, blankets, toiletries, diapers, etc)Volunteer airmen and families from Travis AFB are raising money and collecting food donations to donate to the Leaven Center, who will ensure those kids have a place to stay and food to eat while their moms and dads are at work, as well as coordinating with other shelters in the area to new their needs as quickly and specifically as possible! All donations will be used to directly buy food for the Leaven Center( www.myleaven.com) and other active emergency shelters and charities directly bringing relief to the victims in the area.
