New Kidney for Hazel

My name is Katherine Ardo and I'm seeking your help in assisting my good friend Ephraim Tiangha and his wife Hazel as she battles the end stages of kidney disease.
I first met Ephraim ten years ago when he was a caregiver for my best friend's mother. He is one of the most caring, dedicated and trustworthy people I know. Let me now, introduce you to Hazel.
28 year old Hazel married Ephraim four years ago and arrived in Canada with her daughter Sophia from the Philippines in 2014.
She became pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby girl that they named Alissha Pamela in April of 2016. Soon after, it was discovered that she had IGA Nephropathy or Berger's Disease, leaving her with irreversible end-stage kidney disease and failure of both kidneys to function.
Hazel is now on the Alberta kidney transplant list and is being prepared for dialysis.
Her best chance for a good outcome is to receive the gift of a kidney from someone who has the same blood type (A). They have found a possible match in the Phillipines.
The Kidney Foundation of Canada will provide a letter to assist in coordinating all of the necessary visitor documentation for immigration. However bringing someone here for the surgery will impact Hazel and her family as there are high costs associated with this person's travel including flights and accomodation. After the surgery Hazel will have to be on anti-rejection medication for the rest of her life. This comes at a high cost.
Ephraim already works three jobs in order to provide for the family and pay for the medications that are necessary right now, as she awaits a kidney transplant. Please consider helping Hazel and her family so that she can be there for her children and watch them grow up.
