Sam has been battling with End Stage Kidney failure, and after over 2 years of waiting and dialysis 3 times a week he is finally getting his kidney transplant May 13th, if you know Sam you know him for his strong opinions which aren’t always wrong, his charm his kind heart and his hard work ethic and we can’t forget about the cute dimples of course! Sam is one of the kindest hardworking respectful young men I have ever met and to watch his unending strength when life definitely didn’t make it easy on him just amazes me! I want to try and help Sam with as much of his medical bills and basic needs ect. While he is off work healing to help with the stress. Thank you for any help thoughts or prayers given to Sam and his family at this time because it all helps and its truly appreciated.
