Kidney Transplant for Miguel

Miguel Mendez was diagnosed with Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease in 2015, he maintained a strict diet and followed the medication guidelines prescribed by his specialist. Unfortunately, Miguel was laid off for eight months and lost his insurance and was no longer able to see his kidney specialist. When Miguel became employed again he still had to wait six months to qualify for insurance. 

Miguel was getting back on track so that he could regularly meet his specialist again. But after getting blood work done his specialist called telling him to rush to the ER.  It was then that Miguel found out that he now has End Stage Renal Disease. 

We are trying to raise $50,000 so that Miguel can get a kidney transplant. He recently became a father on May 20th to a beautiful baby girl and Miguel plans to be around for a very long time to raise and see his daughter grow. He is only 23 years old, this is why we are asking for your help so that he can receive a transplant as soon as possible.
