Kidney Transplant for Ignacio

Donation protected
When my son Ignacio was 1 -1/2 years old, he contracted Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, as serious kidney disease.  The doctors gave him a slim chance of living, but through some miracle he survived.  However, the disease left him with significant loss of kidney function .  After 27 years of strict diet and medication, the situation recently progressed to a critical level.  He can no longer survive with his present kidney function level.  He underwent emergency dialysis and a blood transfusion.  He continues on dialysis and needs a kidney transplant.
Ignacio and his wife, Belen,  live in the Patagonia region of Argentina.  The special medical care he needed was not available locally; they had to suddenly leave their home and go to Buenos Aires to get the medical attention he needed so urgently.  He and is wife are now living with family in Buenos Aires and are forced to permanently move to be near the specialized treatment centers.  Their home and belongings are still in Patagonia, a 2 hour plane trip from Buenos Aires.  Currently, neither of them can work and the bills are mounting.  Your generous contributions will help Ignacio and Belen find a place to live in the city, move their home furnishings and establish a new home in Buenos Aires.
My family and I thank you very much for your kindness and generosity.
