Kidney transplant and transition

My name is David and I recently lost my construction job not long after being diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease  and started Peritoneal Dialysis in December 2017. I need help raising funds for medical testing to continue the process for finding a kidney match and rent/bills that are pending. I am seeking vocational rehabilitation training and trying to move in the meantime. I have been driving with Lyft but it is just not enough to get by right now, my family and I have so much going on but are in need of some extra support while I go through this employment transition. I only hope to pay it forward some day in the near future.
