Kickstart a Creative Design Business

If you have met Julia, you know how creative and talented she is—she is going to go far.
Julia is trying to start up an art design business and has been reading stacks of books on the subject as well as how to be a smart entrepreneur; so armed with her newfound knowledge and her crazy talent, the only thing missing is a  little cash to kickstart the whole thing.  
She needs to purchase a special type of printer, some other custom equipment that I don’t know the names of and basic supplies to get up and running.
