Kicking Cancer with KD

KD is my dear friend, she has a tough road the past few years, loosing her mother, then to loose her father just after that...
She lived at home with them, both having health issues theirselves, so she choose to stay with them to help take care of them ... now fast forward to December, she herself was having health issues, but choose to come to lend her help to put on a barrel race for a fellow barrel racer that was needing brain surgery ... all the while having trouble...
Had Dr appointment just after that race, found out she had cervical cancer, so they did a total Hystorectomy, did biopsy and found out it was a very rapid growing cancer.
Plan was chemo, so she also had a problem with a foot, had a dr appointment directly after hysterectomy, found out bone was infected so it had to be removed in order to do chemo... when they got done with that surgery they informed her that she was going to have to be admitted to hospital to have dialysis on her kidneys before they could do treatment ... her kidneys were only functioning at about 20%, and with the chemo it is hard on the kidneys anyway... so she was in hospital for 7 days between dialysis and the 5 day IV treatment... after that she tried to go back to work to no avail, ended up with low white blood count and had to do immune booster shots, then her red blood count tanked and had to have blood transfusion.
Now monday 26th of Feb, she returns to the hospital for the second round of treatment, 5 more days.
She has only one brother who lives out of state and is not able to come to stay with her, she needs so much help financially.. I myself have done whatever I can to help her out, but can’t really help financially the way she needs... so with all the horse family she has, we need to rally for her and get her some help!!!
She would do the same for anyone that needed help!!
