Katie Niblett

We are trying to find ways to help our courageous, brave friend Katie Niblett aka #kickasskate. She truly is one in a million and in the past has always taken part in so many events to raise money for various charities or helped others succeed in completing their own individual challenges through her work as a personal trainer and community fitness instructor. Since finding out very recently that she has cancer, Katie’s first selfless thought was to raise awareness for others along with an astonishing amount of money for the ovarian cancer charity- testament to the kind of person our girl really is and how much people care for her.
The truth is we now, with your help, want to do something for Katie and her family to ease the financial burden of this terrible disease. Their whole world has been turned upside down and we have only just begun to see the reality of the tough months ahead. With this in mind, for now, all funds raised will go to Katie and her family.
Katie’s career and in fact passion is all about being active, fit and helping others with their physical goals but the harsh fact is that she can now not work for a long, long time. Anybody that knows her or has attended her classes will understand how devastating this is for her.
Following enquiries from so many of you about how to help, we have set up this fundraising link. We will be doing various things to raise money for her family and try to bring a little bit of normality back to their lives. Please dig deep; attend any events or sponsor any activities that occur.
