Gizmo's band-aid fund

"Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole." Yes, it is true they do make our lives whole. And right now my dear friend Diane's life in incomplete because one of her fur babies, Gizmo is at the VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists & Emergency in San Leandro. Gizmo was admitted on Sunday, January 18th, 2015 and possibly won't be home for a few days. Diane was looking forward to playing fetch with him, and noticed he wasn't in a mood to play. So she checked on him, only to find that his tummy was firm and he wasn't acting like himself. As any worried mother would be, she immediately took him to the emergency vet. Turns out it was a blessing she brought him there as soon as she could because the veterinarian said he probably wouldn't have made it. As of right now, Gizmo is on full 24 hour watch at the vet. It's a possibilty that he might have a few small holes in his intestine. There will be more tests and ultrasound to run before confirming. The bills are stacking up and we would like to bring Gizmo home so he can be with his family. 

Gizmo was born on September 19th, 2010. He is a little prince charming. He will even wink at you too! He loves to play fetch. He's always open to meeting new people and making fur friends. Fafi, Trixi, and Gizmo (all three in picture above) are inseparable. Fifi and Trixi misses him dearly. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
