Help Bella to the road for recovery

Bella my 4yr old shihtzu is very ill. The vets are not sure what is causing it and she has to go to a specialist for an mri and spinal tap. She is having a ton of trouble walking, fever, respiratory problems, extreme pain when touched or moved, and is completely uniterested in eating or drinking and no energy to do anything but sleep. She crys in her sleep in pain and the pain meds are only working so much. I need my baby fixed :( she is a young healthy dog she doesn't deserve to suffer :(
