WHO ARE THE KHAMISI'S
The Khamisi’s are a loving community oriented family that has served as a pillar in their community for over 35 years. The Khamisi's have contributed to educating thousands of childrens and families of all communities to culture, visual and performing arts, and folklore/literacy. Kimberly Khamis, mother of Kaia, Ayinde, and Jelani, is a cultural and psychological anthropologist. She has run non-profit organizations for over 25 years. Kaia Khamisi is a home schooled graduate and has been a certified home health aid for 8 years and a care giver for over 12 years. Ayinde Khamisi is a home schooled gradute and runs a home repair ministry. He has done extensive work with political campaigning. Jelani Khamisi is also a homeschooled graduate and has worked with mentally challenged children and adults for over 10 years. He also works in home repair and has worked extensively with political campaigning.

Collectively, the Khamisi family has made an overall positive impact on their family and community by being positive and law abiding People. The khamisi's have lawfully exercised their right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness by possessing, restoring, and paying deliquent taxes on abandoned blighted property through ‘quiet title’ actions in the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, pursuant to common and equity law and the Ohio Revised Code 5303.01. The quiet title action is legistlated by the Ohio General Assembly as the vehichle to challenge any interests that is adverse to a possessor's interest. Because the properties were abandoned by their former owners the only adverse interest has come from financial institutions and banks that have attempted to illegally attach themselves to the property such as; MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems), Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., and Visio Financial Services, Inc. Recently, MERS and Wells Fargo Bank, N. A. were dismissed from Kimberly's quiet title action by CommonPleas Judge Patrick Foley III, and Visio Financial Services, Inc's. claim of interest is currently being challenged in Ohio Appellate Court in Jelani's quiet title action.
The Khamisi's believe that the success of their civil court actions is partly the reason why Presecuting Attorney Joseph Deters and Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Ruehlman have attempted to concoct a scheme to make the family appear to be a “sophisticated mortgage fraud ring” instead of a loving family and to bring criminal charges to the Khamisi family. The family's individual lawsuits have for the last two years been litigated as civil actions in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court and have nothing to do with anything criminal, yet the family has been indicted on a 21-count charge of; Theft, Unauthorized Use of Property, and Tampering with Records. On the other hand, the media is alleging that the Cincinnati Police Department's report accuses the Khamisi family members of filing over $1 million in false titles, deeds and liens on Hamilton County real estate, and accuses Kimberly of possessing drugs and having traffic violations. All parts of the fraudulent scheme against the family is untrue.
TV channel WLWT 5 reports that the Cincinnati Police Financial Crimes Unit states that the investigation of the Khamisi’s began when a Cincinnati resident (unidentified in the report but known of by Kimberly Khamisi) filed an identity fraud report in October of 2016. Hamilton County Court records show that the alleged resident had previously filed an eviction with Hamilton County Municple Court against the Khamisi’s concerning a blighted commercial property that had been abandoned and had been a constant eye sore to the predominantly African American Avondale neighborhood for at least 16 years. The Khamisi's have invested approximately $25,000 into restoring the property in order to establish a community/culture center. The eviction was dismissed back in September 2016 because the Courts determined that the resident was not the owner of the property or a person of interest. The resident who allegedly filed the fraudulent report transitioned on September 25, 2017. His obituary confirmed that he was indeed not the ower of the property or a person of interest.
QUASI-JUDICIAL PROCEDURES
In an attempt to thwart self empowerment of the People, Joseph Deters has apparently unofficially used the fraudulently made report on November 8th, 2017--approximately 2 months after the resident's death--in order to get fraudulent secret indictment by a grand jury. Joseph Deters, his assistant William Anderson, and Foreperson of the Grand Jury Debra Schinaman, along with Judge Robert Ruehlman, all signed off on the false indictment against the Khamisi family. The Kangaroo court is violating the Khamisi family's unalienable rights which are backed by the United States Constitution. The charges on the indictment are inconsistent with the crime alleged by the Cincinnati Police Department reports and with the story that is being pertuated by 'fake news'. Deters and Ruehlman have changed the species of the civil actions into criminal charges bringing harm and injury to the family. No criminal complaint, proper claim, injured party, witnesses, evidence, testimony, or bill of particulars for damages have been presented before the court. According to law, the indictment is void, therefore the court does not have jurisdiction to deal with the matter, and the charges must be dismissed. However, because crime is apparently systemic within the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas it has been difficult to bring the matter to a judge that is not connected to the fraud. The Khamisi's believe that Deters and Ruehlman may be personally connected to money made by the Hamilton County Land Bank, or that they profit from mass incarceration.
In the meanwhile, Jelani Khamisi, without having a juvenile or criminal background, is currently being unlawfully detained with a bond of 150,000-straight set by Magisrate Michael Bachman (who was asked to recuse himself from Jelani's underlying civil cases for being biased and abusive), 15 days of his detainment has been spent in solitary confinement. The other Khamisi's are at-large and are currently being hunted down like wild animals by the Cincinnati Ohio Police Department. The matter has been filed with the Ohio Appellate Court, Ohio Supreme Court, and with the Federal Court through an emergency writ of mandamus, prohibition, and habeas corpus.
