My name is Abiodun Dada David, am a native of Eruwa Ibarapa center local government, Oyo state in Nigeria. I was born in year 1991 to the family of Mr. & Mrs Joseph Dada, in Jos Plateau state. Am the 7th child of my parent, I had an acid attack when I was a year and a half old. This attack was perpetrated by my first cousin,that lives with my parent at the time. He poured raw acid on my head and also gave me some to drink,due to the rife he had with my mum. I was taken to Jos Teaching hospital for treatment, I was refer to another hospital in Kano State University hospital where I spent over five years. We left hospital in 1998 and from that time till now I have been in pains.I have been informed by the doctors that I need to do plastic surgery and that will be outside the country.The cheapest plastic surgery I will undergo will cost £20,000.I will appreciate any support that you can be render for the surgery.God bless you all.Organizer
