Each year I embrace the cold of November committing to enter the cold waters each day for the 30 days to support a cause or charity. This year I'm fundraising for John Saunderson, our colleague and friend, who has been out of work for over a year with a severe illness of the lungs, to help support him and his family through whatever the future holds.
