Help us support Ukraine

Hi, We're the Lechnowsky family. We're planning a dinner of traditional Ukrainian dishes to raise funds to help Ukrainian refugees. We have held Ukrainian dinners in the past to fund humanitarian work to the isolated villages in Western Ukraine, so we know how much work will be required. The dinner will be held on the evening of April 10 in Ukiah, CA. We are so saddened by everything going on in Ukraine right now. This GoFundMe is for the purpose of raising money to purchase ingredients for this dinner so that all the donations can be given to the people who need it in Ukraine - we will be covering any shortfall for the dinner supplies from our own funds. Any money raised from this fundraiser will go towards the costs of putting on this dinner; anything extra will be added straight to the donations to Ukraine. We are working with a personal friend and Pastor of ours in Lviv. He and his church are taking in refugees and giving them a place to stay on their way out of the country, as well as providing food, medicine, shelter and other necessary items to them.
