Jeffery Hamilton's By pass fund

My name is Jeffery Hamilton and I am trying to raise funds for an upcoming triple bypass operation. I was hospitized on 1/15/2015 with chest pain after 4 doses of nitro. During the initial hospitilzation they ran an CAT scan and Echo gram to try and find problem areas. The results confrimed that there were flow problems. After the Echo gram was completed a heart catheterization  was perfromed and that i have three blockages that are at 99 percent. In effect that if I dont have the surgery soon another heart attack is likely due to the blockages. To make matters more complicated my wife had a 10cm AVM mass removed in 2011 and has left her with physical problems that will require a care taker during the initial recovery period (4-6 weeks) then at least 2 months of physical thearpy to aid in recovery. I was laid off right after Christmas due to budgets cuts at the company I was working for. I have picked up some work that allows me to work from home (much thanks to Charles and Gary) but after the surgery I dont know how much help I can be of till recovery is complete. I know things are tough for everyone out there. But any help is greatly appreicated.
