Linder Family Fire Relief
Early this morning one of my properties in Cedar Park caught fire but thankfully my tenants (The Linder family - Chris, Jessica, and their four children) made it out safely thanks to working smoke detectors. The house is heavily damaged (no longer habitable) along with most of their belongings. The house itself is covered by my insurance company but unfortunately, they did not have renter's insurance. They have lived there since 2010 and they have been absolutely wonderful tenants. As a Realtor, I am going to help them figure out a living situation while the house is under construction but they have very limited funds and will likely be displaced for several weeks. Chris and Jessica are honest, hard-working people so I wanted to reach out to the community and ask for help. With 4 small children, they have a lot of items to replace just for daily living.
