Rosie's Medical Fund

On January 17th, 2015 our mother lost her battle with liver cirrhosis. Unlike many others, her cirrhosis wasn't caused by hepatitus, drugs or alcohol. She lived her life clean and aimed to set a good example for her 6 kids who grew up surrounded with nothing but bad examples. Sadly her cirrhosis was diagosed in September of 2014 and doctors were unable to find a cause. She fought extremely hard to fight this terrible disease that took away her ability to drive, eat tasty food, and eventually caused her to be in the hospital full-time in the last week of her life. 

Our mother was deserving of so much better. Raising six kids, most of the time on her own, she worked so hard to provide. She was the type of mother that would start a layaway plan in September in order to provide Christmas presents. She worked jobs for minimum wage because she didn't want her kids to be raised on welfare. She knew how it was to be raised without a parent so she stayed with her husband through mostly bad times. She was selfless, caring, and beautiful. Even in her final days she worried about her children more than herself. 

Her medical bills are expected to be significant. Several emergency room visits, a week of internal medicine care, and days in intensive care will be expensive. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
