WHAT IS KEYFORGE LIVE?
KEYFORGE LIVE is a live KeyForge convention presented by the fans of the game. It will be held on July 23-25 in Milwaukee, WI at the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport. We will feature three major events, one for each day, and side events as demand warrants.
Friday July 23rd will be a Three Deck Archon Survival event. Bring your best three decks and play until you’ve suffered a loss with each. The winner is the last one with a deck left.
Saturday July 24th will be Sealed Mass Mutation. You’ll receive three unopened decks and pick one to play in the tournament.
Sunday July 25th culminates with a team event. Each team of three will have a dedicated member playing Archon, Reversal, and Short Adaptive (biding chains to decide on what deck you’ll play).

WHO ARE WE?
We are a passionate group of KeyForge fans, players, and content creators with a mission to bring KeyForge back for in-person competitive play. With the news that FFG will not be running any major KeyForge events in the United States this year, we want to step up and fill the void we’ve all been feeling for the last 18 months. Besides volunteering our time to make this event happen, we’re seeding the event with our own funds and this is where you come in…
WHY A GOFUNDME?
Putting on an event like this is expensive. And while we’re prepared to take on the cost ourselves (supplemented by registration fees) we’ve heard from all of you that you would like to help out as well. Of course the best way to do this is to come and play KeyForge with us! But if you’re not able to attend or would like to provide additional help, we wanted to provide a way for you to do that.
Our event is not an officially sponsored FFG event so we will not be giving out amber as a reward for playing. Instead, we are offering cash prizes to get the competitive juices flowing. Add to that the cost to reserve the space for the event, rooms, non-monetary prize support, and a whole lot of odds and ends, and the cost is significant. Our goal of $10,000 will cover most of those costs.

While we are hoping to get as many players as possible our expectation is between 50 to 100 and our income model is priced at 50. We have secured accomodations and have stretch services available to service up to 250 participants.
WHAT DO YOU GET FOR SUPPORTING KEYFORGE LIVE?
Of course we’re not just asking for a handout. While any amount you’re able to contribute is hugely appreciated, we’ve set some amounts with additional rewards to show our appreciation.
$10 or more: name listed on the website
$50 or more: name gets read outloud on a podcast (and the above reward)
$100 or more: from an organizer of your choice you get a signed deck of that organizer's choice - house and set preference taken into consideration (and the above rewards)
$250 or more: an attendee gets to have breakfast with the organizers on one of the event days
$500 or more: 1 full coaching package from Z

You may know us from the Archon’s Corner or Help From Future Self podcasts, but here’s a little more about us.
Sydnie (SCSteele) - Wears many hats as a cohost on Help From Future Self, a powerhouse on both Team Swindle, and The Grey Riders, and currently playing Keyforge in two online leagues: KOTE 9 and ABR. Has helped run multiple sci-fi conventions and is looking forward to seeing and making new Keyforge friends in person!
Z (Big Z) - loves KeyForge more than any other game or hobby! He has organized over 30 Chainbound events, organized two primes, ran multiple large KeyForge cash tournaments ranging from 75 to 125 players, is one of the co-runners of the Keyforge Premier League, is a member of the Archons Corner Podcast, one of the organizers/captains of the ABR league, founding member and captain of Team SAS-LP, and happens to be the #1 ranked player on the vault leader board.
Dan (DRSheep) - Current member of the Archon’s Corner podcast. And is a man of few other words. But needless to say, he loves KeyForge and this community.
JR (Ewokjr) - Keyforge Community builder, Archon's Corner talking head, KFPL Season 2 washout, Shadow World's Top 16 Adaptive player, and generally a nice guy.
