Hey there folks,

My name is Michael Nokes, BC’s Ford Guy and today I want to take a brief moment to talk to you about an issue that affects over 100,000 British Columbians and nearly 1,000,000 Canadians every month.

I’m talking about hunger. Every day the number of Canadians that are relying on local Food Banks is increasing and these people are our neighbours, friends, co-workers and children you see every day.

My dealership, Key West Ford, as well as Ford Canada want to do something about it. Ford Canada has created a program called “We Scare Hunger” which is dedicated to supporting local food banks across Canada, and raising awareness to this ever growing problem.

But we need your help, and here is how you can do it:

Come to Key West Ford at 301 Stewardson Way in New Westminster and drop off your non perishable food or cash donation. You may also donate via this "Go Fund Me" page. Donatations are accepted until October 27, 2016.

Here is some additional exciting news: Key West Ford is also matching all employee donations dollar for dollar!

Ford’s we scare hunger program has raised over 300,000lbs of food since this program started a few years ago and this year we want to bring over 250,000 lbs of food!
