Kevin's Surgery Fund

hello everyone kevin carey here  my situation has changed once again i havent been able to sell my art at the portland saturday market because of a past due balance of 280 cant really paywhile not selling selling some work thru small shops but not enough surgery scheduled for the 18th somewhat nervous now looks like i need dentures now after a bad fight last   saturday morning . i might loose my studio  next months coming up  the front gallery window of my  space was smashed out last saturday morning.the gangs are wild over here3 shootings 2 dead in 2 weeks  not counting stabbings or muggings  ive personally witnessed  so ive got some hard choices ahaed and limited options still doesnt stop me from making art  a friend asked me once after all the shit i see every day why i dont paint dark images   i paint the light and not the dark because that is what i want  to see i believe art is vital now more than ever to counteract the  darkness of these days.  well thanks again to everyone of you please pass this on and peace
