<div>We have been informed today that there is a road closure that will extend the route a little so we expect 120+ miles with brutal climbing.

<div>My name is Kevin and I’m the Site Manager at Hatchside Infants and Juniors.

<div>Everyday I get to see how the right playground and classroom equipment helps to support learning, movement and confidence in our children. Small additions make a huge difference to a child’s experience at school and with funding often limited, I’ve decided to take on this challenge myself!

<div><strong>• The Fred Whitton - 113 miles, 3,500m of climbing on 10th May 2026</strong>

<div>Widely regarded as one of the hardest sportives in the UK, set in the Lake District with relentless climbs.

<div><strong>• The Tour of the Peak - 115 miles, 3,000m of climbing on 17th May 2026</strong>
</div>
<div>A demanding Peak District ride known for steep gradients and constant elevation.
</div>

<div>Each ride alone is extremely challenging and completing both will be a serious endurance test!
</div>

</div>
<div>My bike will be live-tracked during both rides so supporters can follow my journey in real time to see the progress as it unfolds.
