<div>My name is Tammi Horn and I have known Kevin since he was born and have been friends with his parents for over a decade. Kevin is one of the most vibrant little boys I have ever met and his love for God is unmistakable. In his young life Kevin has had multiple surgeries with more on the horizon and it has become an urgent need for his family to have a wheelchair accessible van to help in getting him back and forth to doctors appointments, school, physical therapy and all the other places families normally go like the grocery store, the zoo, or the museum. Kevin's parents, Nick &amp; Melissa, love their little boy like all of us love our children and they want the world for him and that is why raising the funds to help them get a wheelchair accessible van is so important to me! Having this van would open up the world a whole lot more for all of them. Nick and Melissa are very humble people and they would never ask for help, so that is why I am asking for them!
