Kevin Moan Fundraiser

Kevin is a co-worker and friend of my husband Dave Schultz.  On January 21, 2018 Kevin suffered an AVM.  On January 23 he underwent a procedure to isolate the bleed, which was unsuccessful.  On January 25th he underwent 7 hours of brain surgery.  Surgery went well, however  he lost hearing in one ear, had no eyesight or speech.  January 29th there was some progress but still no voice, sight or hearing in one ear.  Kevin is a special person who will do anything for anybody with nothing expected in return.  He is a husband, dad and grandpa.  Kevin must have one eye covered at all times as he would otherwise see double.  He has some vocal chord progression however not fully returned.  The ear loss is permanent.  He has started to learn to use a walker which is made more difficult because of his vision issues  He has been DENIED short term and long term disability due to a previous rupture 13 years ago.  He has now entered what appears to be a long term rehab.  We need to help this family as he was the main breadwinner.  There is a fundraising event being held on March 4, 2018 at Glenwood Estates Clubhouse from 11-4 PM.  Please share this with your Facebook contacts.  Thank you for helping if you are able.
