Kevin Gidley's (KG) Road to Recover

July 23rd, 2017 Kevin Gidley was involved in a very serious car accident. Kevin was rushed to Bolingbrook hospital unconscious and with head trauma. The doctors seemed to give up but Gio (fiancee) and Trina(Kevin's mom) begged to see him. They began talking to Kevin and he started moving his arms and legs for them. This could have been a tragedy but has turned to a miracle as Kevin is with us and fighting hard to recover. With Kevin's injuries and his sign's of will to fight he was moved to a better equipped hospital. Kevin incurred multiple injuries, serious and extensive. He has had one head surgery already to help relieve the pressure on his brain. The length of his hospitalization is currently unknown. Upon future release from hospital care, Kevin will spend significant time in a rehabilitation center.

Kevin is many things. He is a son, a brother, a friend, a fiance and a new father to 10 month old Kaiden. Those who know Kevin would say that he is a kind man who would do anything for anyone. Now it's our turn to help him. This GoFundMe campaign is being set up to help with the very costly medical expenses and to cover Gio's loss of wages, as she takes time to be with Kevin and family during hospitalization and rehabilitation periods.
