Keshjon College Fund

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this page and consider helping.

My step grand-daughter Keshjon needs your help. Last year she tragically lost her mother who was the bread-winner of the family. At the time, she was a junior in high school who was looking forward to her senior year and completing college applications. Needless to say, losing her mother has altered her plans to attend college this fall because she can no longer rely on her mother's income for help or to even complete the FAFSA application. She hesitated until now to ask for help hoping something else would come through for her. However, she has registered for classes and they start soon and tuition will be due. Her grandfather and I plan to help, but we can't pay for it all.

Let me tell you a little about Keshjon. Firstly, she is a wonderful daughter, grand-daughter and sister. She is kind and caring and helps take care of her little brother and also kids at her older sister's daycare. She's one of those kids who always does the right thing and makes good choices. She is quiet but smart as a whip!   Her intended major is Biochemistry, but she intends to get an AA degree in Science  from community college and then transfer to either the UW or Western Washington.

I am hoping that you will find it in your heart to help Keshjon. She has the potential to be the first one in her family to go to college and get a STEM degree in the process. Few are more deserving of your help than Keshjon.
