Kerry's Cancer Treatment

In July of this year, our dad, Kerry Livengood, was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) on his pancreas, liver, and lower spine. He is currently undergoing a 10-day radiation treatment and upon the completion of radiation, we will plan for surgery to debulk the tumors. This form of cancer is very rare, and the treatment options are still being determined.

This diagnosis was devastating for all of us, as our marathon runner, world traveler, forester, mechanic, and nature lover father has always lived a healthy lifestyle. He has six children, and four grandchildren who love him deeply, and that is why we are asking for your donations.

Dr. Rodney Pommier, oncologist and surgeon, is a world renowned expert on this rare type of cancer and is located in Portland, Oregon. Kerry and his wife Pam, will be traveling to Portland for multiple extended periods of time for appointments, treatment, surgery. These trips will be extremely costly. We are hoping to raise some money to help our parents as Kerry seeks cancer treatment in Portland. Your donations will go directly to them in covering plane tickets, meals, rental cars, hotel stays, and medical expenses that aren't covered by insurance.

If you cannot donate, we simply ask for your love and prayers for our loving dad, Kerry Livengood, and strength for our mom, Pam Livengood as she has not left his side.

Lastly, we want to say a huge thank you to our loving family and friends who visited our dad in the hospital, provided meals, generously donated money, and prayed for our dad and family. We cannot thank you enough.
