Help Kerry & Jay's Orphaned Sons

Just before Christmas 2015, my dear friend Jay (from Ottawa, ON) died unexpectedly in his sleep, only about a year and a half after my other dear friend, his wife, Kerry also died unexpectedly... both deeply missed.
Kerry and Jay were loving and proud parents to their two teenaged sons. The boys are fortunate to be receiving much care from a local friend's family as they complete their high school education without further disruption. They also continue to receive love and support from their close friends and extended family.
Several friends have generously offered to contribute to help the boys. This lead to forming this funding effort to assist with the boys' post-secondary education and related expenses (such as tuition, books, accommodations and groceries) that will be a challenge without the benefit of further support from their parents. The target amount is just a suggestion, and does not have any effect on the actual amount raised.
