Kerry Hawkins Kick Cancer Fund

Kerry Hawkins is a beloved husband, father to four girls and two son-in-laws, and grandfather to a newborn baby boy.  He values his Christian Faith and his family above all.  Kerry is also a hard worker and enjoys his job.  He looks forward to getting back to Mercedes with his maintenance team.  He spends his free time watching Alabama Football, boating on Smith Lake with his family and friends, and traveling when time permits.  He can't wait to be able to do these things again in the near future!

In January of 2018, Kerry was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that had also spread to his liver.   In a matter of days, Kerry went from a new grand pappy on top of the world to a man in need of lots of prayers and blessings as he begins a hard battle to kick cancer and become free of that disease.

Kerry, his wife Nikki,  and his family are very hopeful and faithful that together we can overcome this hurdle in our lives.  We ask for you to please pray for Kerry to be strong enough mentally, emotionally and physically to face the challenges that lie ahead.  We also ask you to pray for his medical team to have wisdom as they try to  figure out the best path to take to elimnate this sickness for good.  Our story is just beginning with God's healing and miracles!
