Kerrens Guatemala Trip

http://fh.org/work/countries/guatemala ‌Since my first missions trip, in 2010 I have had this longing to serve. I have been blessed to go to Haiti, China and now  Guatemala! I am so excited about the opportunities God has blessed me with. I would love for my friends, and family to share in that experience with me. In  Guatemala  We will be working with food for the hungry, and teaching a kids vbs.  If you know me, then you know my heart for children and helping people in need. If you don't know me, then this is a great opportunity for you to find out what makes my heart tick. I believe God uses us everyday to affect people's hearts. I believe that if I can and I'm able to help someone I will. I have seen God work in  miraculous  ways, ways I didn't expect, and ways that have left me speechless. Part of why I love missions trips is being able to share with other people the love that God has shown me.  The other part is getting to help someone. When you are out of your comfort zone, around a language you can't speak, foods you don't know, not your own bed,  it can be overwhelming. In that you find this beauty for the surrounding people, the relationships you build from hanging someone a meal. Giving a child a piece of candy,a hug, a smile. Showing someone love who believes they don't deserve it. Serving people does something within my heart that I never want to lose. Join my team and I in prayer and if you can by donating to our trip.
