Kera’s hospitalization & medical treatment

Everyone that knows me immediately knows how much my dog means to me and how much I love her. Kera is such a playful, goofy, friendly pup. Recently she hasn’t been acting her normal self, no appetite, weak and constant vomiting, her body was rejecting everything. So my family being first time dog owners had rushed her to the animal hospital. The vets couldn’t pinpoint the cause and therefore underwent:
Emergency exam: $220
VAD Panel k-9 (spec cpl): $300
Hospitalization fees + temp treatment: $650
Ultra sound abdominal: $580
The vet suspected inflammatory pancreas or pancreatitis which adds another ~ $2000 worth for treatment and hospitalization.
Especially during COVID-19, my family has been facing many uncertainties and hardship overcoming them one by one and Kera being sick tops it all of. Going into the Christmas season, I just want her back to her normal self, always bringing joy and smiles to everyone she greets. It hurts seeing her in this state and knowing there’s only so much I can do to override the costs for her to be well again. Your help to her recovery is greatly appreciated!
