Unprecedented floods due to incessant rains have wreaked havoc in the state of Kerala, India causing immeasurable misery and devastation. Many precious lives lost, thousands rendered homeless, property worth millions destroyed. Never before the state has suffered a calamity of such magnitude. As the initial relief work gets over, there is the daunting challenge of rehabilitation, reconstruction and restoration of people and their livelihood.
Your contribution will go a long way in quick rehabilitation of those affected by this terrible tragedy.
ORMA (Ontario Regional Malayalee Association) is a federally registered Not-for-Profit organization comprising mainly of people from the state of Kerala and other well-wishers. We are reaching out to all of you, on behalf of our suffering brethren, to help us provide the support and help they desperately need in this hour of gloom.
Funds raised will be utilized in utmost transparent manner, under directions from government in Kerala or Govt approved NGO's. All details will be frequently updated on our ORMA Facebook page.
