<div>CHSR-FM has always been more than just a radio station—it’s a home for voices that don’t often get heard.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re Fredericton’s only alternative, independent campus/community radio station, built by and for the people who live here. Every day, CHSR brings local music, local stories, and local culture to the airwaves. From emerging artists playing their first tracks to volunteers learning how to share their perspectives with the community, we exist to amplify voices you won’t find anywhere else.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Across Canada, many independent and campus media outlets are navigating a shift as funding continues to decline. While CHSR remains committed to serving our community, these changes mean we have to work harder to maintain our equipment, support our volunteers, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This matters because CHSR isn’t just a station—it’s a platform. It’s a place where creativity thrives, where community members connect, and where Fredericton’s culture is reflected back to itself. Without support, spaces like this risk disappearing, and with them, the diversity of voices that make our community vibrant.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why we’re asking for your help during our annual Fundrive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation will go directly toward:
</div>
<div>• Repairing and maintaining essential broadcast equipment
</div>
<div>• Providing training and support for our incredible volunteers
</div>
<div>• Hosting community events that bring people together
</div>
<div>• Keeping our non-profit station running in the face of rising costs
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re doing everything we can to sustain CHSR—stretching resources, relying on passionate volunteers, and continuing to show up for our community every day. But we can’t do it alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If CHSR has ever introduced you to a new artist, kept you company, or made you feel more connected to Fredericton, we’re asking you to support us in whatever way you can. No donation is too small. And if you’re not in a position to give, sharing this campaign or telling a friend means just as much.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your help, we can keep independent radio alive and continue to celebrate the voices that make our community unique.
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting local.
