Hello, our names are Rich and Susan and we live in Flagler Beach, Fl. and our daughter survived Hurricane Michael.

After Hurricane Michael passed we wanted to help our daughter help others. Finally, we could breath again, knowing she was okay. We asked as many others have about helping those suffering as a result of Hurricane Michael. We feel blessed knowing all proceeds from this account will go directly to those in need because our daughter is there assisting and giving medical attention as you read this.

Our daughter is stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. Her Name is
Staff Sgt. Kayle Southerland and she is currently a Medic at Eglin AFB Hospital. She lives in Navarre Beach, Fl., and we are beyond thankful she was spared but many of her friends and fellow comrades were not. We are equally proud that our daughter is determined to help others in this very difficult time.

After her shift was completed today @6:45am, 10/12/2018, she along with her friend Ashton, joined a non profit group and headed to Panama City Beach, FL and Mexico Beach, FL . This group will help provide medical assistance to anyone in need. The team of non profit volunteers will be making frequent trips to any area where assistance is needed.

All proceeds will go directly to the victims of this horrific event.
As Staff Sgt. Southerland's parent's, we love and appreciate her desire to extend her help and training to all those she can reach.

Staff Sgt. Southerland will use the contributions to purchase:

Water
Food
Medical Supplies
Gas
Diapers
Assist. displaced families with housing
Assist. families with continued medical help
Supplies for tarps (for damaged roof tops)
Basic every day needs

Updates and pictures will be posted as they come in.
Staff Sgt. Southerland will be the Admin. for this campaign. As money is used there will be an active ledger showing the names of recipients receiving help along with receipts for any purchases made.
Staff Sgt. Southerland will be the only individual making the disbursements from this account.

All donations made will help Hurricane Michael victims.

These men and women are trained to assist in disaster relief but they are giving their time, medical training and money to help after working long hours. Many people lost everything while others were left with severe damage. There are many people in need of medical attention and so much more. All funds raised through this campaign will only be used to assist the needs of the victims.
