Hi Friend! 

Thanks for taking the time to look at what we're up to! 

We believe that the world cannot be changed overnight, despite incredible events, courageous leaders or catchy hashtags! Most of the time what is required is for someone to take the time to walk alongside another. In particular, we believe that by offering secondary school scholarships to youth in rural Kenya, everyday people are able to make an extraordinary difference. 

In 2016 we walked 550km from Melbourne to Sunraysia (Red Cliffs) and ever since, we have been addicted to giving people the opportunity to join us on our journey - literally! And of course in a more missional sense... 

We are helping to further the educational opportunities of youth in rural Kenya. We want to be able to support sponsored students with the school supplies they need as well as provide more scholarships through our Long Distance Learning Fund. 

To raise money for student's to go the distance, we walk! We walk so that we can share the hopes and dreams of young students, and invite people onboard the journey. After walking around Victoria for a few years, we're keen to explore the beautiful city of Adelaide - by walking one big lap of it (approx. 150km). 

We want to see as many children as possible continue their schooling. Unfortunately, parents and loved ones cannot afford to support their children through secondary school, so we want to help! Will you join us? 

Our 2019 Mission is to: 
- Walk a lap of Adelaide as a team. (If you'd like to join us, see link at end).
- Raise $5,000 which will be used to provide school supplies for the new year, and replace any broken or lost items purchased in previous years. 
- Share about our Long Distance Learning Fund and the difference it can make for students. 

If there's one thing we've learnt over the years, it's that big change happens with small steps.
