4 Ken O' "gettin' by with a little help"

In the beginning of October 2013, Ken O'Donnell, who grew up in Clarence, NY and who is now a resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was seriously injured while out for a predawn jog before work.
Wearing all the proper reflective clothing and adhering to proper safety protocal for an early morning run, Ken was hit by an irresponsible bicyclist who was wearing dark clothing, had no lighting and was traveling downhill at a high rate of speed.
Though details are sketchy as of yet, fortunately the person responsible has been identified by a witness after leaving the scene, and leaving my brother lying by the roadside. The consequences for the bicyclist's actions are to be determined in the coming weeks.
Ken's injuries were quite substantial.
Nearly all the bones in his face were broken, and he suffered skull and neck fractures, as well as an eye injury, in addition to other complications related to this incident. Ken endured over 8 hours of reconstructive surgery and is still in the hospital today, recovering with his jaw wired closed, and 70 screws and 10 titanium plates in his face.
The good news is Ken is doing fairly well in his recovery process, but with a long road ahead, and being out of work for some time, I'm sure the family could use a little help with those medical expenses not covered by insurance, and other unforseen financial burdens.
Thanks to all who have helped so far with day-to-day life routines, child care, meals, transportation, filling in at work etc., it has been a tremendous help to Ken and his family during this unfortunate time. Whatever you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
