Our dearest co-worker Julia Major's husband Kent suffered a serious stroke 1 week ago. The stroke affected the left side of his body. He was hospitalized in Long Beach and has just recently been transferred to a rehabilitation center in Los Angeles.
She has been told that this rehab process takes a long period of time and at this time Kent is unable to work.
We as co-workers know Julia to be one of the most altruistic people we know. Julia always has a smile, a prayer and a good word for anyone who crosses her path including all of our patients. No matter what kind of day she is having she always puts her own needs on hold to help others. She is a hard worker however the financial burden of an illness at this time is financially devastating to her and her family.
Kent is a very strong individual and we hope that he can recover from this stroke fully.
We are trying to raise money to help the family in their time of need for medical expenses and related costs of loss of finances due to this illness.
