Kenlee is my niece and is in Minneapolis with my sister. Kenlee has spina bifida and went to Minneapolis a week ago Wednesday for a surgery to untether her spinal cord. After 72 hours on her back she started leakage spinal fluid. She went back into surgery Sunday night to find the leak. After another 72 hours, which brought us to yesterday the nurse noticed a soaked bandage again. She is still leaking spinal fluid. She is back in surgery this morning to put a drain somewhere on her brain to help relieve pressure on her back. She is a strong little girl and so is my sister. Kelsey has been out of work for over a week and her time in Minneapolis with Kenlee is indefinite.
