Kenijah’ Heart
Kenijah Moye is 19 years old. She was born on March 4th 2001 with a Congenital Heart disease called Tetralogy of Fallot. She had several pacemakers before receiving a heart transplant at the tender age of 9. Kenijah battles daily with diabetes that has played a big part in her developing Coronary artery disease. She also has severe cardiovasculopathy. This has weakened her heart.
Recently, Kenijah was informed by her doctors at Shand’s Hospital that she needs another heart transplant. She has made the decision to not go back on the transplant list. This decision is devastating for her and her family but ultimately it’s hers to make.
She is a student at Tallahassee Community College and a former waitress at Waffle house. She loves to be around family and friends. She enjoys working but is unable to return due to her severe heart complications.
Her parent Sonveria And Donnie have had to endure mental, emotional and financial hardships while making constant trips to Shand’s in Gainesville and trying to work. She has been denied for disability twice.
I am asking any and everyone that can and will to please donate to assist Kenijah and Sonveria with daily expenses, transportation, hospital stays and the unavoidable loss of work days. We ask for your prayers and we will keep you updated on Kenijah’s condition.
Proverbs 19:17. "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done."
Thank you in advance!!
